CLEVELAND, Ohio – April 23rd, 2009 -- Realty Corporation of America announced today that it has successfully sold at an absolute auction the property located at 11320 Blachleyville Road in Wooster, Ohio on Wednesday, April 22nd at 5:30 PM. This lovely ranch featured three bedrooms, two and a half baths, a full basement and central air. After nine qualified registered bidders openly bid on the property, the high bid was announced at approximately 5:50 PM.
