Cleveland, Ohio – June 3rd, 2009 – Realty Corporation of America and The Cleveland Industrial Innovation Center are pleased to offer a continuing education course entitled “Real Estate Auctions: a Fast and Efficient Way to Sell Real Estate”. This course will be taught by Tony Viola, Auctioneer and President of Realty Corporation of America. This three hour continuing education class will take place at The Cleveland Industrial Innovation Center located at 17000 Saint Clair, Cleveland, Ohio and will feature materials provided by the Ohio Auctioneer Association and The Department of Agriculture. Three continuing education hours will be awarded to each participant.

This course will provide an introduction to real estate auctions, benefits of auctioning real property, case studies, keys to selecting an auctioneer and having a successful auction. In addition, a question and answer session will be offered at the conclusion of the course. Rather than branching out to distant suburbs, CiiC recruited a local workforce to work on the renovations.
